Pre-Student Teaching Action Plan

The main concerns identified by my predecessors included:
Classroom management
Lay down the Hammer early then ease off. (set the boundaries)
Have a management plan and stick to it.
Stick to your word!
Self Management
Get good rest.
Try to get everything done first before any leisure activities.
DONT STOP BELIEEEEVING.
My main concerns about student teaching at this point are:
How to begin
How do I know what is to much and what is to little for me to expect of my class
My fun now work later attitude

Some strategies that I am going to try in order to prepare for Student Teaching:
I have not seen a teacher open in the first 2 weeks and read alot about laying down the law in my first 2 weeks, So how I want to ask my CT some good strategies for being so firm.
Again I think thats what the CT is for to let me know what I should and should not do but it can still be my ideas.
Over this past semester I have been forced to change my fun now work later ways and am climbing the tree to catch up. Hopefully by then it will be a new attitude for me.
